This Public competively bid contract is administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation via a co-located office with the Partners at the project site. ODOT's District Nine based in Chillicothe provides  the experienced professionals to perform these services.

 

The three private partners;

ACS Infrastructure Development

InfraRed Capital Partners and

Star America Infrastructure Partners

have jointly invested equity in a Portsmouth Gateway Group that will continue to operate and maintain the highway system for a 35 year period after construction is complete.

 

The project is being designed and built by a Portsmounth Joint Venture a construction company comprised of three high quality firms led by

Dragados-USA, with

Beaver Excavating and

John R Jurgensen.
